Quality and fitment are very good. I rated it four stars because of having to purchase it to make the Seaview pedestal mount usable. Seams priced high for what it is. Should be included as package deal!this top plate was easy to install i used 3M 4200 to seal the grommet and it bolted right on to the mount. using the directions on the website it was easy to drill the correct holes for my radar.Takes the guesswork out of mounting and drilling mounting holes. A great purchaseComes with a template for a ton of different RADARs, fairly easy install.Super easy to install. Hardware would be nice if it were included.must have if you buy a mountCan’t use it for anything missing partsMade of great composite materialsGreat fit for almost all radars, even my older JRC.
