My son loves these shoes. He said they needed a little breaking in but also said that all Vans seem to. Once broken in he loves them and even wears them street bmxing. He said they grip good on the bike peddles when doing tricks. As far as comfort he says once Vans are broken in they are the most comfortable shoes hes ever worn. He is 15 and and loves shoes so taking his word on this is good. He has a lot of shoes but Vans are his favorite...Personally I'm more of a Converse person but hey to each there own lol. He loves them so Ill keep buying them.Vans seem to fit large, old, bunioned men's feet fine. Hubby is an 11EEE..bought a pair of Vans in May at local store..fit like a glove. When I saw these for the fall wear I took a chance and ordered them. As you had to return within 30 days and this was b-day gift, had him try on without looking at them and he said they felt great. If they feel good first time you put on, then Vans is a go. Normalerweise passt bei mir Größe 42 immer perfekt, bei VANS ist das etwas schwieriger, da benötige ich manchmal eine ganze Nummer größer, wie auch in diesem Fall. Aber machte ja nix, der Versender hatte es einfach gemacht und gleich einen Retoureaufkleber und einen Warenrücksendeschein mit ins Päckchen gelegt. Daumen hoch! Sehr schöner (mit den drei Farben) und bequemer Schuh, VANS eben. Ich freue mich aufs lange Tragen.
